Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner, determine the business of the caller and successfully route or handle call, as appropriate.
Greet visitors promptly in a professional and pleasant manner.
Send, receive, sort and distribute incoming faxes.
Deal extensively with owner, sales staff & customers.
Must be able to take orders by phone or at the front sales desk.
Enter daily inventory changes into a Excel spread sheet.
Scan production sheets into Quickbooks daily.
Essential Skills:
Excellent data entry skills, proper phone etiquette and time management skills are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills.
Motivated self starter.
Strong computer skills with QUICKBOOKS is a plus.
Office hours are from 8 am - 5 pm M-F Please send resume for consideration.
