As a Plaza Manager you will be the face of the company-leading a group of employees and working directly with stores and customers who need leadership and other services while previous management experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
A proven track record in sales and management is necessary.

Responsibilities:
Data Entry/computer skills Address and resolve customer concerns with a goal of complete customer satisfaction Auto Sales and leasing Lead a team of employees, which can induce an assistant manager, salespeople, service manager Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities for the store Audit GL's/PL's for correctness Hire and train staff Motivate employees; work to resolve employees issues Be willing to grow knowledge through training certifications and licenses Qualifications and Skills At least three years of work experiences in sales, customer service.
Proven sales records from previous employment Strong communications skills Ability to explain complex repairs in laymen's terms Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Our managers earn commission, incentives and bonuses All applicants are subject to background screenings Weekly day range Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to relocate Job Type:
