Job brief


We are looking for an experienced individual for Marketing of new product company has invented for coatings industry. Helping to direct and advice CEO in launching this innovative product. You will  be part of team to design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and work with current Marketing VP.


Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience launching new product in coating industry, including advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques and B2B expertise. You will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal Marketing teams. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional. You should also play a significant role shaping the company's strategic planning.


Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department's activities contribute to our company's long-term success.


Responsibilities



  • Launching of New product

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness

  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams

  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events

  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
